I’m a lover all things boho. Macrame, cow hide rugs, lacy bridal gowns, you name it! Boho vibes were the inspiration behind this styled bridal shoot. I felt inspired to put together my own styled shoot to fulfill some creative freedom and collaborate with other wedding vendors.
But let me tell ya, styled shoots are work. I’m talking practically planning a little mini wedding. Finding a bridal gown, securing a location, scheduling for the perfect time of day to shoot… It’s a little bit of madness. However – Totally. Worth. It! Everything came together perfectly as I imagined it. I created a custom wedding invitation suite for this shoot and my Great Dane also made a fun appearance 🙂
Starting off with just a mood board of photo inspiration I found on Pinterest and a color palette, this bridal shoot transformed and came all together with the help of some amazing vendors. I can’t thank Stacy at Gather, Hannah at Le Reve Makeup & Hair, Ashley at Twirl Bridal, and Tirzah, my model, enough for being so flexible and accommodating to making this shoot happen. I’ve never experienced collaboration like I have in the wedding industry. I love community over competition, and it’s alive within the people who work for the I do’s.
