I have to start off by saying that I never met Pedro and Jenna until their wedding day. Their wedding day! But I had no doubts that they would be anything less than amazing through the phone calls we shared. They are truly one of the sweetest couples I have ever met. And they absolutely rocked their portrait session in the short amount of time we had to take photos. One of the most sweetest things I witnessed throughout their wedding day was the coming together of two families from two very different parts of the world. Pedro’s family traveled all the way from Brazil to Ohio! I have to thank Pedro for translating my pose ideas to rest of his family. I’m definitely reliving their wedding day through this blog post!
P.S. This was my first time doing a first look – which Jenna shared with her Dad. I’m so glad we got to capture these moments. How could you not tear up. Jenna was stunning!
Photographer friends, see this photo on the right. This “nuzzle” happened all on it’s own. I freaked out a little after Pedro did the nuzzle without being told how to!
I think this is where I told Pedro and Jenna they were cute all on their own. They didn’t need me to give them direction on posing… A hug and a train hold are things you just can’t pose.
Their “guest book” was one of my favorite details from their wedding. Such a neat idea!
Jenna’s Grandpa requested a dance with her. Let me tell you, he had her all over the dance floor spinning and twirling. Definitely something she will cherish. Go Grandpa!
Thank you for letting me be a part of such a special day Jenna and Pedro!
